WHAT IS THIS MOVIE NIGHT ALL ABOUT?
Quite simply -- it's about finding those of you who are HUNGRY and READY for change. It's about helping you finally understand why you may be struggling to lose weight, why you have uncontrollable sugar cravings. It's about helping you get off the diet roller-coaster and truly learn how to improve your health for good.
HUNGRY FOR CHANGE is a documentary film that takes a brutally honest look at the diet, weightloss and food industry and exposes the sinister truth about how our food is manipulated to keep us coming back for more with no regard for our health. In fact, the more processed and chemically-laden the product, the more appealing it proves to be to the consumer.
Most of you get that diets don't work and that counting calories is not only annoying, it's woefully inaccurate. Plus, wanting to lose weight is a flawed, incomplete goal. We'll continue to repeat destructive habits until we realize that our pursuit must be health centered, not weight focused. Why? Because striving to get healthy puts our bodies into a state where they are actually willing to give up excess fat and settle upon a healthy, appropriate weight that is sustainable.

We'll lead you step-by-step through the next 24 days to help you understand how to make lasting change. And of course, we'll be available in the studio, by phone or by e-mail to answer your questions and keep you moving.
